eSki is the first unified Greek platform for online rental of ski and snowboard equipment, connecting rental stores from all over Greece in a common network, so you can compare them and make your reservation easily, quickly and securely.

With eSki you save time at the stores. The equipment is already prepared and waiting for you, so you don't need to worry about its availability. You know that, whatever time you go, it will be there for you.

No, you can freely browse the available ski/snowboard equipment rental stores and view their equipment. Registration is only needed when you want to make a reservation.

2. Reservations & Equipment

The process is simple and completed in 5 steps: 1️ Choose ski resort & reservation date 2️ Fill in your characteristics details 3️ View available stores 4️ Choose equipment type 5️ Make the reservation online. Once your reservation is completed, the store prepares your equipment.

Yes, you can add other users to the same reservation and select equipment for each person separately.

Just enter your details correctly (height, weight, experience level, etc.). Equipment selection is done automatically, according to international sizing standards, to fit your measurements. If you want, you can try the equipment at the store before picking it up, to make sure it fits you.

Pickup is done from the store you selected, where your equipment will be ready on the reservation day. During pickup, just state the reservation ID and your full name to confirm the reservation. Depending on the store's policy, ID or other document may be requested for confirmation and security reasons.

Your equipment waits for you at the store for the entire reservation day - you can pick it up at any time. However, if you don't show up at all or use the equipment for a shorter period, the reservation amount is not refunded, as the equipment has been reserved exclusively for you.

No. It is not possible to change the date or equipment in an existing reservation. If you want a different date or equipment, you will need to create a new booking.

This cannot happen. Reservations via eSki are binding on the store. In the extremely rare event of an unforeseen issue, the necessary actions will be taken, in consultation with eSki, for your best possible service.

The price includes the equipment you have selected (e.g. ski boots, poles, snowboard). An eSki service cost per person is added to the total amount.

3. Payments & Cancellations

Payment is made electronically from the eSki platform only, with a secure transaction through Viva Wallet. All you have to do at the store is pick up your equipment.

No. The amount you pay is what appears in the final total and only that.

No, you can't cancel your reservation. For more information you can refer to the Reservation Policy.

If payment is not completed, the reservation is not registered. You can try again or use another payment method. If you see a charge without receiving reservation confirmation, contact us.

4. Stores & Partnerships

eSki partners with selected rental stores that meet specific quality and reliability criteria. Our network is continuously expanding, with new partner stores throughout Greece.

Yes, and we absolutely encourage it! Your evaluation helps future users make more informed choices and stores to continuously improve.

5. Personal Data & Security

Deletion of your personal data starts from the day you submit the relevant request and is usually completed within 10 business days. In some cases, it may take longer, if there are legal or accounting obligations that must be met before deletion.

If you want us to delete your personal data, you can send a request to contact@eskirental.com. Our team will take care of the deletion, according to GDPR and eSki's Privacy Policy.
